O Bee Credit Union is looking for a Training Coordinator to join the Operations team. This position is a full time position, working Monday-Friday at our Administration building located in Lacey, Washington. This position will report to the VP of Operations and is responsible for assisting with the creation of developing training systems and programs. Trains new team members on basic job functions and exceptional member service. Provides operational support to branches as needed. Desired Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields or equivalent working experience.
Experience
Exceptional understanding of reading and writing principles.
At least three to five years of financial institution experience is preferred. Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver training curriculum in a public speaking setting. At least three to five years of experience in coaching/mentoring/training others for. Comprehensive knowledge of Branch duties and Consumer Lending (sales, processing, underwriting, or back-office/lending support) and the ability to develop the knowledge to train in other areas of Consumer Lending. Ability in technical writing to include training manuals, procedures, memoranda, and proposals. Experience with Symitar is preferred.
