CapEd’s People Development Partner will be responsible for planning and executing training delivery across the Credit Union while creating strong partnerships with all stakeholders by implementing and measuring effectiveness of training and development programs.  Agility is needed with delivery methods encompassing in-person, virtual, and blended facilitation, as well as delivery through videos, podcasts, etc.

Responsibilities also include aligning the training delivery with strategic business initiatives to provide technical, process, procedural, and business knowledge. Will assist with creation of and utilize metrics to track impact and effectiveness, using feedback to propose improvements and recommendations.  Assists with execution of team and organizational projects, provide feedback on annual planning efforts and overall strategy.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • At least two years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Talent Management within the learning or HR field
  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Adult Learning and Design or related field of study preferred; or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Content knowledge of current theory and models regarding leadership development, emotional intelligence, team dynamics, conflict resolution, coaching, and change/project management
  • Strong skills of training design & delivery, coaching, facilitation, and assessment using a variety of tools and models designed to increase individual, team, and organizational performance
  • Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating workshops
  • Knowledge in Methodologies (LMS) and Theories of adult learning
  • Bilingual (written and oral) preferred but not required
