TwinStar Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced HR professional to assume the key position of Director of Human Resources. Reporting to the Chief Culture Officer, the successful candidate will be oversee the day to day operations of the HR department, as well as be a key partner in supporting the execution of our Employee Experience/Engagement strategy.
A qualified candidate is one who is committed to supporting senior management in providing our employees a great place to work, opportunities for advancement, and solid leadership to help guide them in those endeavors.
- Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration with a focus in HR; or equivalent work or education-related experience.
- A minimum of 8 years’ of progressively responsible experience in multiple functions of HR, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- 3+ years’ experience with protected leave administration (state and federal)
