Job Description:

Mill Town Credit Union, a $62 million-dollar institution, located in downtown Everett, Washington is looking for a New Leader to replace and carry on the forward momentum of their long time, retiring, Chief Executive Officer.

The Board of Directors desires a leader who sets goals, develops people, coaches and mentors, understands and practices problem-solving and conceptual thinking.  This individual will guide the CU and it’s team to growth through visionary and inspiring thinking.  Your leadership will create a positive work environment where employees thrive the members are happy, and the Credit Union achieves desires results.

You will be a financial services expert that is well-versed in all operations of a financial institution.  You should understand how each department contributes to the overall success.

The CEO will plan and implement steps in an evolving marketplace.  You will be an excellent communicator, skilled in strategic decision making, see potential challenges and opportunities.  You will always be learning and sharing your knowledge.  You will be up to date in Cyber Security, GAAP and Budgeting.
