Appreciation Nights Keep Credit Unions Front and Center at Rose Garden

Nine Northwest credit unions are inviting NBA fans to “Credit Union Appreciation Night” at the Portland Trail Blazers game Jan. 16. Credit Unions for Kids will receive a $5 donation for every ticket sold through links on the participating credit unions’ sites.

National Survey Says Consumers Will Spend More during Holidays

A new national survey from CUNA and the Consumer Federation of America released Wednesday says more consumers will spend more this holiday season than last, marking the fourth year of gradual improvement since the beginning of the recession in 2008.
