Federal Home Loan Bank Seeks Advocate for Affordable Housing Advisory Council

Credit unions partnered with nonprofit organizations promoting low and moderate income housing, have an opportunity to nominate advocates to a Federal Home Loan Bank Advisory Council. Nominations are being accepted for a three-year term beginning in early 2013.

Rules Affecting Fair Housing and Flood Insurance Updated

Having identified the need to update rules governing fair housing and flood insurance, the NCUA adopted a final rule that will require credit unions to update both their Equal Housing Lender sign and the standard flood hazard determination form.
