Northland Credit Union Announces Plans to Merge with Gesa Credit Union

Gesa will take over Central Washington Federal’s branch, which will be Gesa’s first in Yakima Valley.
Gesa Credit Union employees took part in a one-day Habitat for Humanity volunteer event in Richland last month, and the credit union donated an additional $3,500 to the organization’s Volunteer Appreciation Night in Wenatchee.
Gesa Credit Union’s Brett Jorgenson received a Trailblazer Award from the Credit Union Times for his efforts in leading Gesa’s lending department, having grown the credit union’s loan portfolio from $323 million in 2007 to $856 million in 2011.
