The FHLB Seattle has declared a cash dividend payable July 30, 2013. The Seattle Bank hasn’t issued a cash dividend in many years, and this is considered a “milestone in the bank’s turnaround” according to a news release issued this week.
The NWCUF is seeking three candidates dedicated to the Foundation’s mission and objectives to serve on its board of trustees. The new trustees will fill board seats based on asset size, with an application deadline of Nov. 19, 2012.
The NWCUA finalized its new board of directors this week, moving to an 11-member board from the initial 18-member board that came together with the January 2011 merger. Ten of the 11 newly chosen members were incumbents, and all 11 ran unopposed.
