Shared Branching Services Unite as FSCC Votes to Combine Services with Co-Op Financial Services

In a move that unifies credit union shared branching services, Financial Service Centers Cooperative, Inc. announced that it will combine operations with CO-OP Financial Services, effective early in 2012.

Wauna’s Scappoose Branch Achieves LEED Silver Certification

The Wauna Federal Credit Union branch in Scappoose reached a milestone no other credit union building in Oregon has: LEED certification by the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI). The LEED Silver Certification plaque will be unveiled at an invitation-only event Dec. 14.

Consumers Line Up for Opening of Clackamas FCU’s Sandy Branch

Clackamas FCU opened the first credit union in Sandy, Ore., on Nov. 16, and residents were literally lined up to open new accounts and take out new loans. The branch’s ATM will be the last on the way up to Mt. Hood.
