Program Agenda

How exactly is technology evolving the financial services industry? What is artificial intelligence and how is it impacting the lending process? We will discuss these topics in depth as we hear from two companies that are revolutionizing consumer lending and member experience. In the morning, we will be joined by Jeff Keltner, Head of Business Development at Upstart, who will be sharing the learnings of Upstart, who over the past 4 years in their journey have used Machine Learning and AI to increase the number of Americans who have access to credit, all while lowering loss rates.  In the afternoon, we will be joined by Hal Scoggins, Shareholder at Farleigh Wada Witt, who will discuss lending hot topics and answer your questions. We will also have time for a roundtable discussion where we will hear from local credit unions on their tips and tricks for developing successful mortgage and indirect lending programs.
