Job Description:

CapEd’s Treasury Management Specialist will be responsible for preparing the necessary documentation to assist with the closing of treasury management sales and provide operational support for fulfillment and implementation and servicing of products.

In this role, the incumbent will maintain a working knowledge of all Credit Union Business deposit and Treasury Management products and services; effectively provide value at all times to prospects and business members. Receives and makes calls to members to resolve issues and may seek to expand business deposits and Treasury Management opportunities. Participates in qualification, setup, and servicing of business deposit accounts and all applicable Treasury Management products and services.

Assist Treasury Management Department with qualification of referrals, Treasury Management trainings for employees as well as with documentation and policy/risk review of Treasury Management/business deposit accounts, in coordination with any other affiliated department.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum three to five years of sales experience with demonstrated success supporting business banking products and services customers/members within a financial institution
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while providing a consultative experience
  • Fluent Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
