The branch Teller contributes to an outstanding member experience by making the member feel valued, resolving member inquiries or needs, and proactively seeking to understand the individual needs of each member. Processes all types of monetary/non-monetary transactions in a friendly and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Individually contributes to branch and organizational sales goals and campaigns. Maintains knowledge of Unitus products and services and has the ability to connect them with individual needs of members.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
A minimum of one-year of customer service experience. 3 months of cash handling experience is preferred but not required. Basic math and counting skills are required. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite) and the ability to demonstrate Unitus services through the use of technology. Previous financial services experience in a branch setting is preferred but not required. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to independently resolve challenges, utilizing all resources available while exercising good judgment. Bi-lingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish-speaking skills.
