Job Description:

We are looking for a new Teller to join our team! This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week.

Assist Members Needs
– Display cultural values (integrity, enthusiasm, respect, leadership and drive) when assisting members
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
– Operate various programs/software
– Build quality member relationships
– Utilize Icon’s member advocacy sales process
– Inform members of product opportunities
– Assist members with forms and necessary processes

Conflict Resolution/Problem Solving
– Display empathy, fairness, friendliness and respect when assisting members
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
– Present alternatives/solutions
– Overcome objections/challenges
– Escalate when necessary

Account File Maintenance
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
– Operate various programs/software
– Process all necessary member transactions
– Update member information
– Complete necessary processes accurately

Requirements

Education/Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
