SUMMARY: The Small Business Loan Officer will serve members with their business lending needs. Primary responsibilities of the position are to act as the primary contact in assisting and advising members with business loan programs; accept and process all business purpose loan requests; analyze and prepare the loan for approval and presentation to the head of Commercial Lending or Commercial Loan Committee and continue to service the loan. Will consistently be required to meet all sales, and production goals. Tasks include, but are not limited to: greeting the members; reviewing and understanding credit reports; making decisions on whether to grant business loans; processing business loan applications and disbursing loans; cross selling by identifying, describing and recommending loan products and services that are best suited to fulfill the needs of the member. Handle complaints by using AID,INC to identify needs and suggesting solutions. This is a non-exempt position.
