CapEd’s Senior Mortgage Loan Originator will assist members with their mortgage lending needs by analyzing loan requests and identifying appropriate lending programs.

Responsibilities include interviewing loan applicants, reviewing and evaluating information, and attending loan closings while staying informed on current trends and maintaining knowledge of all Credit Union products.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • A college degree and/or professional certification in specialized field of work preferred or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of Credit Union records
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
