Job Description:

Do you get jazzed when you hear the word project?  If managing, driving, and executing projects and events makes your heart skip a beat, this role with the Northwest Credit Union Association might be just the position you are looking for.

Our regional not-for-profit association seeks a go-getter to manage and drive our projects and events. Use all your communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills to lead the way on many of our projects.  We are seeking a Project Manager who is great at dotting the Is and crossing the Ts and meets every challenge with a can-do attitude.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Oversee progress against the high-level vision of a project or event while also maintaining focus on the planning details.
  • Manage multiple projects and events concurrently.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects and events.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop full-scale project plans.
  • Conduct project evaluations and assessments of results.

Our ideal candidate should have a keen attention to detail and organize like a champ. Multi-tasking and problem solving are a must. Our highly motivated, self-driven candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be a critical thinker who can connect an event’s purpose to business strategy, and be able to learn quickly.

Salary ranges from $42-$55k base salary, depending on experience. Generous benefits package including employer paid medical/dental, 401k match, paid vacation, and much more.
