Job Description:

Essential Functions

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple, varied concurrent projects providing exceptional support to project teams and internal subject matter experts. Contribute to effective project communication, documentation, risk assessment, and resource prioritization.
  • Develop and implement appropriate project plans based on business requirements. Ensure project goals and milestones are met, while anticipating changes within the environment that may negatively affect those goals and developing proactive mitigation plans in partnership with stakeholders to remediate.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization through project updates, change management consultation, and project documentation.
  • Provide consultation to project teams and key business partners by facilitating vendor demonstrations and product/project proposals based on the organization’s current and future-state technical landscape.
  • Support organizational project portfolio tracking and reporting, including resource utilization and forecasting. Champion the evolution of application of project management best practices.
  • Serve as a super user and admin lite for the organization’s project management system.

  • Adept at understanding and executing project management principles and methodologies
  • Advanced organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate with various levels internally and externally, including communicating highly technical information for a non-technical audience
  • Ability to quickly develop and demonstrate strong business acumen to understand the needs of stakeholders and translate those needs into technical project objectives
  • Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and organize project plans and work breakdown structures
  • Demonstrated ability to identify relevant stakeholders and build/execute communication strategies
  • Effective in identifying, escalating, and mitigating project risks and issues, communicating project status, and negotiating changes in project scope, resources, or timeline
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities for individual work and in support of project team work/deliverables
  • Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills with expertise in Excel and ability to learn new software


  • Bachelors Degree in business, project, or operational management required
  • 4-6 years Managing cross-functional project implementations required OR 4-6 years Deploying complex software systems and integrations required
