CapEd’s Product Advisory Consultant will proactively ensure exceptional service by contacting current members to build, foster, and reinforce EPIC relationships.  Using multiple forms of communication, they will advise, consult, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services to promote member financial wellbeing.

Responsibilities also include friendly, prompt, professional and accurate service to all members, originating loans, processing loan applications, coordinating fundings and making loan disbursements, and actively listening to the member’s needs to educate on products and services accordingly.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience
  • High level of accuracy in all areas
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union records
  • Fluent Bilingual preferred but not required
