Job Description:


  • 2+ years supervisory experience; well-developed leadership, management, and coaching skills preferred.
  • 4+ years previous experience in a financial institution or a call center environment required.
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • This position requires availability between the hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., may back-up other MSC Supervisor shifts.
  • Will also be on after hours support “on-call rotation” one week per month.
