CapEd’s Mortgage Loan Processor will efficiently process mortgage loan applications from submission to closing, including verifying completeness of files and obtaining all required documentation. Responsibilities also include executing closing actions and ensuring guidelines are followed, as well as maintaining a high level of service in communications with members and colleagues.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
One to three years of similar or related experience
- High level of accuracy in all areas
- Proven communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Spanish Bilingual preferred but not required
