Job Description:

This position will require a qualified applicant to interact routinely with members. An MSR needs to be able to assist members with banking needs, articulate answers and/or instructions while representing the Credit Union in a friendly and courteous manner.   This position requires basic teller transactions, in addition to routinely offering and selling Credit Union products and services that benefit the member.  This position requires the delivery of highly consistent quality service.  An MSR will routinely deliver a standard set of services while assisting members, providing information on products and services, and explaining policies and procedures.

 

 

 


Education/Experience Required:

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma, GED or similar equivalent work experience.  This position requires strong interpersonal communication and listening skills, as well as, the ability to remain professional in all situations. An individual in this position must be able to maintain composure under pressure, work in a fast paced and changing environment, be motivated to learn, multi-task, be a team player, catch on quickly, and should be available for work Monday through Saturday at any branch location.
