Member Service Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Member Service Representative (MSR) to fill an immediate opening. Our MSRs serve as tellers, new accounts, and member service advocates. They also provide a host of behind the scenes roles to serve our Account Managers and support staff. Our MSRs work collaboratively with all staff and are the primary link between eDCU and our members. MSRs play a vital role as problem-solvers and opportunity seekers.

We are a credit union seeking to truly make a difference in our members’ financial lives and we empower our staff to make this happen. We have seen tremendous success over the past several years and we need to find the right candidate to build on this success. We are looking for someone who shares our creative spirit in all we do to support our mission.

We need someone with an established skill level. As such we have the following requirements:

• Must pass a background check
• Must be computer proficient
• High school diploma or GED
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Previous cash handling experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Credit union experience is a plus

Hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m

Scheduling flexibility necessary to meet service needs.  This position supports both branch locations so transportation flexibility is needed.
