Job Description:

We are looking for a new Member Service Associate to join our Weiser team! This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Assist Members Needs
– Display cultural values (integrity, enthusiasm, respect, leadership, and drive) when assisting members
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations
– Operate various programs/software
– Build quality member relationships
– Utilize Icon’s member advocacy sales process
– Inform members of product opportunities
– Assist members with forms and necessary processes
– Perform member transactions and open various new account types, including IRA’s

Conflict Resolution/Problem Solving
– Display empathy, fairness, friendliness and respect when assisting members
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
– Present alternatives/solutions
– Overcome objections/challenges
– Escalate when necessary

Account File Maintenance
– Comply with applicable policies, procedures and regulations
– Operate various programs/software
– Process all necessary member transactions
– Update member information
– Complete necessary processes accurately

Requirements
Our future team member will possess the following characteristics:
– Proven cross-sales ability
– Cash handling experience
– At least one year of customer service experience
– Service and goal oriented
– Willing to participate in outbound sales calls
– Ability to lift 30 pounds
– Bilingual a plus
– Fluent in Spanish a plus
– Experience in new accounts/lending preferred
