Our Interactive Member Service Advocate (Video/Virtual Teller) is an integral position that provides a world-class service experience for our members via Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology.


This team is a fast-paced, energized group of highly skilled folks who provide themselves on serving their community offering assistance and education regarding their financial security.


Each Interactive Member Service Advocate is empowered to utilize a variety of member-focused solutions and transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, account transfers, fraud reports, account inquiries, account maintenance) to support our members financial goals.


Here is a snapshot of what our Team’s day-to-day looks like:


  • Connecting and chatting with Members via virtual teller sessions.
  • Researching and resolving fundamental member inquiries about checking and savings accounts, transaction details, and balance inquiries.
  • Thoughtfully reflect and analyze Member’s goals, needs, and concerns and educate our community on appropriate products/services to ensure one-touch resolution.
  • Excited to support our team by being consistently prepared and ready to help our members by delivering a world-class interaction through emerging technology.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and knowledge about technology with the ability to quickly learn and access products through virtual banking.

  • Committed to integrity by remaining updated on all credit union procedures and policies and applicable compliance rules and regulations.
  • Interested in learning additional tasks through training and/or knowledge base for career advancement.
  • Using account resources, refer or cross-sell member-focused products and services.
  • Proactively and thoughtfully contribute to branch and member growth
  • Daily operation of basic computer operating systems, word processing tools, email platforms, internet functionality, and Credit Union core systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public data and uphold the financial integrity of the Credit Union.
  • Establish and maintain productive and effective working relationships with the Clackamas team.

What does it take to qualify?

  • Six months customer service experience
  • A high school degree or GED.



What kind of Work Schedule?

  • FULL-TIME – 8:45 AM – 5:45 PM Monday thru Friday, with alternating Saturdays (required) from 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM


Pay Range?

  • Based on experience ranging from 18.00 – 21.00 per hour
  • Those who are FLUENT in Spanish are eligible for a language differential rate increase.



This is NOT a remote position – this position works in-person and on-site at our Virtual Branch Offices (15099 SE McLoughlin Blvd. Oak Grove, OR 97267).




Partial payment upon first full cycle pay check, and after successful completion of six months of employment.
