Lending Manager

Job Description:

Assist in the management of the credit union by overseeing and managing the Loan Department.  Support and lead consumer, indirect and Heloc lending functions.  Ensure maximum profitability of lending activities, that are also in the best interest of the member.

Ensure that credit and collection policies, procedures, practices and documentation meet federal and state regulations.  Assign, monitor and supervise the work load to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of work.

Participate in Strategic Planning and the development of credit union policies, procedures and goals.  Provide mentoring, coaching and training to support and develop staff.  Communicate credit union goals with employees.

Develop and implement plans for expansion of lending programs.  Keep abreast of changes in the industry and changing trends in lending and react to changes in a way that maintains competitiveness.

We are a smaller credit union.  You will have the opportunity to learn various areas of the credit union operations and be directly involved in the management of the credit union.
