This person will greet and assist members and potential members with their financial transaction needs. This includes, but is not limited to: making deposits/withdrawals, posting loan payments, assisting with debit cards, explaining services, responding to problems, and directing members to the appropriate team members. This position is responsible for maintaining a cash drawer.
Education/Experience Required: 2 years of banking is required.
Interpersonal Skills: A significant level of confidentiality and candor is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. The credit union strives to know our members, so that we can provide personalized services to meet their financial needs.
Other Skills: This position requires developing a knowledge of credit union products and services. It will be important to demonstrate the ability to communicate that knowledge clearly to members. Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail are essential to this position.
Language: Bilingual preferred but not required
PAY: To be determined depending on experience
