Job Description:


1. Follow regulatory and policy compliance requirements, which include those efforts in compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, Identity Theft Red Flags and other compliance related policies.

2. Diagram and build Laserfiche Workflows and Laserfiche Forms and Processes, document new procedures for training.

3. Collaborate with Operations Resources, IT, Learning & Development, Branch Staff and any other stakeholders to facilitate any changes to processes, policies and training requirements/materials.

4. Discuss process solutions with stakeholders by participating in meetings, emails or video conferences.

5. Work with IT to perform Laserfiche upgrade and update testing and resolve any found issues prior to being implemented and put into production.

6. Identify and correct any performance issues, errors or efficiency improvement needs when identified.

7. Research existing process information and gather data.

8. Monitor, measure and provide feedback on all Laserfiche process performance and data.

9. Collaborate withbarbar IT staff and vendors to schedule system upgrades and integrations and manage system performance issues and errors in regards to software/programs utilized by the Operations Resources Department including but not limited to Laserfiche, RoboHelp and Visual Studios.

10. Regularly attend any necessary trainings, webinars and utilize online resources in order to keep up to date with application use, system enhancements and Laserfiche products available and utilize this knowledge to implement new features or address issues that affect current policies or business processes.



1. Associate’s Degree in business, economics, banking or equivalent financial experience and business-related (i.e., accounting, economics, finance, management) college-level courses or financial industry-specific training.

2. Demonstrated ability to develop, facilitate, and conduct training programs.

3. 3 years’ demonstrated progressive responsibilities in credit union operations, or equivalent.

4. 2 years’ experience using Laserfiche.

5. Must be bondable.


6. Laserfiche Certification in:

· Designing Laserfiche Forms

· Designing Laserfiche Workflows

· Building Advanced Processes


Pay Range: $22.85-$28.56
