Job Description:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Providing exceptional member service as the first point of contact for existing clients
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from clients and prospective clients via phone and e-mail
  • Service client requests for information, account maintenance, and online access
  • Managing appointment schedules on behalf of multiple financial advisors
  • Process paperwork with high attention to detail for multiple financial advisors
  • Maintain database and files for organization and regulatory compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for financial advisors working with internal clients in other departments and locations, including remote workers
  • Train Verity frontline staff on how to provide quality referrals to the department
  • Interface with other credit union staff and departments to ensure visibility and promote services
  • Prepare for seminars and seminar follow-up to maximize services participation
  • Create literature, mailings, and other communications to members and prospects
  • Track referrals and key metrics
  • Use resources to promote Investment Services and grow business, including out bound calls to prospective new clients
  • Complete special projects as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • College coursework or a college degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience composing professional business communications for internal and external use
