CapEd’s Indirect/Consumer Relationship Manager is responsible for promoting financial well-being and community enrichment through identifying, establishing and enhancing relationships with indirect partners while educating on lending services and products to grow, retain, and expand on CapEd’s Indirect Consumer relationship portfolio.

Responsibilities also include contacting and visiting current and prospective partners to present and promote services, managing agreements and acting as liaison to partners, maintaining and compiling monthly statistics, and collaborating with all member servicing departments to share knowledge and expertise.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • A college degree and/or professional certification in specialized field of work preferred or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills and the ability to analyze business member solutions, and assess risk associated with solutions
  • Strong ability to build relationships
  • Knowledgeable in consumer loan products and services
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
