The processor will manage assigned HELOC pipeline to ensure timely processing. Receive, review and process all HELOC applications in accordance with established policies, procedures and legal requirements. Analyze credit files, gather appropriate documents per underwriting, and assist Mortgage Loan Closer as needed in preparing and reviewing all closing documents for completeness and accuracy. Provide excellent communication skills, be able to problem solve, multi-task and build relationships with not only our members but also third party affiliates. In addition to processing you will be providing customer service and support to our branches. You will be responsible to ensure your loans are processed in a timely manner, and compliant with all state and federal regulations, as well as Credit Union policies, procedures and guidelines.

Experience: Minimum one year of mortgage or related experience
Education: A high school education or GED.
Interpersonal Skills: Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills: Must have excellent communication and people skills. Proficient with office equipment, personal computer, and Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements: Very light physical effort. Typical of most office jobs. Work in comfortable positions.
Work Environment: Normal light, heat, air, and space in work environment.
