Job Description:

As a Financial Services Officer you are an integral part of the credit union.  This position requires that you are able to communicate professionally both in person and over the phone.  Your ability to remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment are crucial.  You must also have the ability to work cross organizationally with staff and management to achieve organizational objectives.

Our ideal candidate will possess a work ethic that includes: strong organizational skills, initiative, punctuality and accuracy.

Education/Experience Required:

The most qualified candidate will have either; an associate’s degree in a business related field or equivalent experience.  Two to four years financial industry experience with progressive responsibility.  Must be bondable.  Two to four years in customer service, including direct and indirect selling roles.
