Job Description:

CapEd’s Employee Wellbeing Partner will be responsible for developing, promoting and implementing a proactive and positive employee experience. Playing a key role as a subject matter expert in our Wellbeing Programs, the successful candidate will ensure best practices in policies, procedures, training, and services that align with our corporate strategies and EP!C culture.

Responsibilities will also include driving awareness for occupational safety and health performance, leading the Credit Union’s occupational/environmental management programs, facilitating consistent and comprehensive reporting, and administering all CapEd Leave and Wellbeing programs to include FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, FFCRA, and COVID-19 related safety programs.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three to five years of similar or related experience
  • A two year college degree preferred or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Certification preferred within a Safety and/or Health Care environment
  • Must have proven communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong detail oriented focus
  • Working knowledge of leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, Workers Compensation, and FFCRA
  • Spanish Bilingual preferred but not required
