Job Description:

SELCO Community Credit Union is one of the largest credit unions headquartered in Oregon and serves over 141,000 members worldwide. SELCO is now looking for a Director of Digital Services to join our organization to lead our Digital Services team.

This position is responsible for all aspects of the delivery of electronic services to membership and for developing and implementing an organizational-wide digital strategy to support desired experiences across digital channels. This position also optimizes and aligns the performance of defined digital channels, to include efficiency, performance, business objectives, competitive positioning, and member satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent work experience and at least five years of digital services experience with at least two years in financial institution industry.
