Ensure coordination and cross-pollination of marketing efforts across all digital channels.
Develop, create, execute, and optimize an integrated, member-focused digital marketing strategy for SEO/SEM, paid search, display advertising, paid social campaigns, re-marketing, local search, email, and content marketing.
Ensure proper tracking is in place to measure campaign performance, manage campaigns towards agreed-upon goals, and regularly report on performance.
Responsible for execution and optimization of lead generation campaigns to bring in new members, increase engagement and cross-sell opportunities with current iQ members. Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
Manage all aspects of the credit union website, including planning, design/redesign, development, user experience, content updates, search optimization, testing and analytics.
Manage day-to-day ownership of the website ensuring accurate information, up-to-date and engaging content, site performance tracking, compliance, user experience, and promotional content.
Support email marketing programs, including calendar, design and development, landing pages, calls-to-action, Q&A, testing, and reporting.
Maintain relationship and coordination with digital agency.
Research and recommend new digital marketing tactics as appropriate and stay up-to-date on all platform innovations, best practices, and industry standards.
Coordinate closely with Content Marketing Specialist to strategize and execute web content, advertising campaigns, inbound, emails, and social media.
Knowledge of both the creative and analytical side of marketing. Analytical curiosity and data driven thinking, interpreting data and analytics to optimize marketing ROI and performance.
Work with marketing leadership on iQ’s digital marketing policy and governance.
Demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge applicable to this position and understand and comply with government regulations with particular emphasis on the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), US Patriot Act and related regulations.
Actively participate and fulfill expectations in the Credit Union Email Security Awareness Program as outlined in the Information Systems Program Acknowledgement document.
