Advantis Credit Union is seeking a nimble, quick, forward-thinking Digital Marketing Programs Manager to join our seasoned and talented Marketing team. We’re an independent, scrappy, and respected group of individual contributors who function as an in-house creative and strategic communications agency for the credit union.

You’ll generate creative solutions and bring a proactive, strategic, and integrated approach to managing marketing programs across channels.

As our Digital Marketing Programs Manager you’ll drive the growth of products, services, and credit union membership through digital marketing and social media strategies, including advertising. You will actively manage the Advantis website, social media platforms, and all digital marketing channels for the credit union.

You’ll also lead marketing automation through digital platforms. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, manages vendor and agency relationships, and collaborates with colleagues across the organization.

You’ll enjoy an 80/20 percent remote/in-person hybrid work model. In-person work will be at our new corporate campus Oregon City. We expect construction to be completed by fall of 2022.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum five years’ experience working in a marketing department with increasing program management responsibilities.
  • Minimum three years’ experience managing or executing at least several of the following aspects of digital marketing: Email marketing, paid search and PPC campaigns, SEO and CRO, digital advertising, website administration and analytics, social media content and strategy.
  • Experience in tracking performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing, social media, and digital communications best practices.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certification is preferred and is required within six months of start date.
  • Proficient in the use of a website content management system.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to deal with unexpected events, and occasionally attend meetings and events that may occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in financial services marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
