Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Upholds the Trailhead service promises: Deliver, Engage, Anticipate, Respectful, Reward
- Provides prompt, efficient, confidential and accurate service in the processing of information and all transactions.
- Assists members with financial services through Trailhead’s secured messaging platform
- Assists members with financial services through Trailhead’s text messaging platform
- Performs complicated account research and problem solves as needed
- Communicates regularly with VP of Member Services regarding member solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Work week:
- Monday thru Friday, 8:30-5:30
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years’ of progressively responsible experience in a credit union or financial institution
- Excellent communication skills, including professional, error-free written communication
- Demonstrated flexibility to perform any financial service-related assignment necessary to keep the financial services area functioning and to provide adequate service to the membership
- Knowledge of windows products
Preferred experience:
- Experience with Episys/Symitar
