Job Description:


  • Upholds the Trailhead service promises: Deliver, Engage, Anticipate, Respectful, Reward
  • Provides prompt, efficient, confidential and accurate service in the processing of information and all transactions.
  • Assists members with financial services through Trailhead’s secured messaging platform
  • Assists members with financial services through Trailhead’s text messaging platform
  • Performs complicated account research and problem solves as needed
  • Communicates regularly with VP of Member Services regarding member solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Work week:

  • Monday thru Friday, 8:30-5:30


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ of progressively responsible experience in a credit union or financial institution
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional, error-free written communication
  • Demonstrated flexibility to perform any financial service-related assignment necessary to keep the financial services area functioning and to provide adequate service to the membership
  • Knowledge of windows products

 Preferred experience:

  • Experience with Episys/Symitar
