Summary

Kitsap Credit Union is hiring for a full-time salaried Contact Center Lending Manager to work out of our Harborside location in beautiful Kitsap County. The Contact Center Lending Manager is responsible for the day-to-day consumer loan operations, providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to a talented group of high performing lenders.  Responsible for ensuring lending policies and procedures best serve the Credit Union and its Members and that it is in strict compliance with State and Federal Lending laws and regulations. Coordinates and ensures appropriate staff training and adherence to policies and procedures; and that consumer loan policies, procedures, services, products, delivery channels and documentation meet federal and state regulations

Typical Job Duties

  •  Ensures the achievement of team goals with regards to sales, service, safety, security, and compliance. Responsible for quality, quantity, accuracy, and timeliness of work produced by employees.
  • Proactively generates new loans, share growth, and membership business through direct and indirect department sales activities.
  • Analyzes and identifies member needs and effectively promotes and cross-sells products and services while ultimately achieving an acceptable level of production based on goals and objectives.
  • Ensures the safety and security of Credit Union employees, property, and member information according to Credit Union guidelines.
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective, professional business relationships with members. Ensures members’ requests and questions are promptly resolved. Handles members’ complaints. Makes recommendations for improvements.
  • Provides reports and analytics as necessary to ensure the success of achieving Credit Union goals and objectives.
  • Contributes to and support a positive work environment to ensure an effective, high performing, and cohesive team.
  • Adheres to operational, regulatory, and security requirements while minimizing losses.

Basic Qualifications

  •  High School Diploma or GED.
  •  Three years’ managerial or supervisory experience with demonstrated ability managing Service to Sales Operations.
  •  Three years’ experience in consumer and/or real estate lending.
  •  Must be registered with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System within 30 days of hire and comply with SAFE Act regulations.
  •  Must be able to work some Saturdays and extended business hours.

 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  •  Experience with Episys, Meridian Link, NICE and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Prior experience implementing The Member Advantage (TMA) methodology.
