Location: Springfield, Oregon

Work Location: This position allows for remote work arrangements in the following states for candidates who meet the requirements:  Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Georgia.

Employment type/status: Regular, Full-time

Required schedule/availability:  Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

SELCO Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Consumer Loan Systems Analyst to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters location in Springfield, Oregon.  This position allows for remote work arrangements in the following states for candidates who meet the requirements:  Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Massachusetts, North Carolina, and Georgia.

The Consumer Loan Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing the loan origination system to support business processes and maximize performance and productivity.  This position collaborates with management, business units, lending teams, and end users to develop solutions to improve performance and systems energy. The successful candidate brings a minimum of two (2) years of consumer loan origination system administration experience (preferably LoansPQ). Essential job duties include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):

  • Demonstrate functional and technical subject matter expertise of the loan origination system.
  • Analyze, configure, and optimize the loan origination system to support business processes, maximize system performance, and improve productivity.
  • Coordinate with Lending Administration management, stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues, make process improvements, and support business processes.
  • Track system defects and report statuses.
  • Assist team members with inquiries regarding the loan origination system.
  • Create and maintain loan origination system procedures, related materials, and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Participate in and/or lead Lending Administration functions and projects as assigned by management.

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • At least two (2) years of consumer loan origination system administration experience (preferably LoansPQ); and
  • Must be bondable.
