CapEd’s Consumer Loan Officer will ensure exceptional service by assisting members with their loan applications while processing and making loan disbursements. This individual will be accountable for examining documents submitted to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
Responsibilities include providing friendly, prompt, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and coworkers, processing loan applications per policy and guidelines, and following up with members and staff to coordinate fundings, and actively listen to the member’s needs to educate and cross sell products and services accordingly.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of accuracy in all areas
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluent Spanish Bilingual preferred but not required
