Job Description:

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

  • Promote commercial products and services to new and existing members
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and internal contact for commercial account relationships
  • Open and maintain commercial accounts for existing and prospective members.
  • Assist members in establishing Business On-line Banking and ACH services
  • Strengthen member relationships by effectively understanding and promoting suitable Credit Union commercial products and services including online banking, merchant services, remote deposit capture, and ACH.
  • Participate in the effort to increase awareness of the credit unions commercial services by participating in community events.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Provide exceptional member service in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Assist and educate members on services such as on-line banking and ACH processing
  • Participate in community events
  • Provide training to staff regarding commercial accounts, products, and services

 

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years financial institution experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizing skills
  • Always maintain professionalism
  • Able to observe policies and procedures
  • Be reliable and dependable
  • Be bondable

Starting Pay: $18.45/hour with ability to move to $20.44/hour in 6 months
