PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Commercial Markets Director represents the credit union to the local business market to build and sustain successful business member relationships. Acts as an ambassador of the Credit Union by actively participating in Credit Union and community events that support business development plans and goals. Supports and directs the day-to-day lending and administration of the commercial services department, including supervision. Manages the department operational budget, develops, proposes, gains acceptance for, and implements strategic plans designed to meet the bank’s short- and long-term commercial lending objectives.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Must be flexible and have demonstrated ability to communicate in a pleasant and open manner with members and coworkers. Working knowledge of lending regulations, policies and procedures, and real estate loan underwriting principles. Working knowledge of risk management within area of responsibility. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCAITON: Minimum 10 years similar or related experience. A college degree and professional certificate or a graduate degree.
SALARY: Based on Experience.
STARTING DATE: As soon as possible
WORK LOCATION: East Bend Branch. Frequent meetings in all branches including all communities in Central Oregon.
PROPOSED SCHEDULE: The standard work schedule is 8:00 a.m. to closing. This exempt position requires evening and weekend attendance at community events
