A Commercial Department Specialist is responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant loan transaction for the commercial department, the member and the Credit Union. The Specialist must be aware of all regulations, guidelines, processes and policies that affect Commercial Lending. This role supports business banking and the Commercial Department team with duties such as annual reviews, loan documentation and file maintenance. A high level of professionalism, organization, follow-thru, understanding of lending regulations, excellent attention to detail, solid communication, teamwork and demonstrable analytical skills will make the right person successful in this role.

InRoads Credit Union is looking for qualified applicants with 3 years’ experience working in loan production within the financial services industry and have either a high school diploma or GED. A bachelor’s degree (in a related field) is preferred and/or equivalent work experience. This position requires understanding of financial fundamentals, demonstrable analytical skills with good judgement and effective problem resolution skills. This position demands effective communication and is required to function successfully in a high-volume work flow environment with short-term deadlines. This position is expected to be available for work Monday through Saturday.
