Additional Comments:

A little information about InRoads. We are an Oregon based credit union with over $235 million in assets, 4 branches (Rainier, St. Helens and Scappoose) serving Cowlitz, Columbia, Clatsop, Washington and Multnomah counties. We understand the community and have been proud to be a part of it for over 80 years. In our eyes, we all thrive when we grow together. But it’s also vitally important to be an individual. The merger of those two concepts can be seen at InRoads, through our employees and the members we serve. This is a community that offers local service with local pride. Here, it’s a different kind of social networking. You’ll find us teaching financial education in local schools, as well as offering loan rates that keep monthly budgets in check, financial products for local businesses, and services designed to save members money. In other words, we care about the families, local businesses, and the whole community. Helping others and giving back is an interictal part of who we are.

Employees are a key piece to our credit unions success. At the heart of every InRoads position is a relationship built between the employee and the members they serve (internal and external). Transparency, acceptance of individuality, confidence and strong communication skills are necessary and apparent. Credit Union employees understand members trust and rely on their assistance daily as do their co-workers; the employee’s goal is to make their member’s day easier.

Together we are InRoads Credit Union.

If this you feel a connection to our credit union after reading a little about the position and our organization, and you meet minimum qualifications, submit your employment information (letter of interest, resume and application) as soon as possible. The first review date is scheduled for October 16, 2019. This position will remain posted until filled.
