Chief People Officer

Job Description:

Clackamas Federal Credit Union is searching for a dynamic human resources executive to join their team as their Chief People Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible for driving the strategic and operational activities of the human resources department, including overseeing talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, employee development, employee relations, and the credit union’s DEI strategy. As a member of the executive team, this individual will be expected to contribute to the development and execution of the credit union’s strategic plan. A Bachelors degree and an advanced human resources certification are required, MBA preferred. Seven years of similar or related experience in a management role is a must.
