We are seeking a proven Lending executive to fulfill the role Chief Lending Officer. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, the CLO contributes to the strategic direction of the credit union through the over-site of card services, consumer insurance programs, real estate lending, consumer/business lending, and collections.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated creative leader that will build upon our tradition of financial excellence to ensure continued portfolio growth and strength. The ability to develop and implement high level business plans, build and promote strong team health, and focus on overall organizational results is essential to this job role.
A proven history of utilizing technology and enhanced organizational efficiencies to promote member experience is desired. Extensive experience with budget over-site and balance sheets is required. Demonstrated knowledge of consumer and real estate lending policies, procedures, regulations and systems is a must.

A minimum of eight years of progressive leadership with minimum two years executive level experience is required. Management experience in the lending field (Mortgage, Consumer Lending and/or Business Lending), with at least four of those years in a financial institution, is necessary. Previous experience managing Collections is desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or a related field.
