Job Description:

Under the supervision of the CEO, perform all the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting functions including, but not limited to: budgeting, payroll, investments, bank recons, Accounts Payable, and Retirement Plan accounting. Includes Weekly and Monthly GL Certifications, and quarterly NCUA Call Reporting and ALM analysis.

Job duties also include report writing using the Reporting Analytics program from Fiserv, new program project evaluation and management, as well as administration of the IT function at the credit union in partnership with our outsourced IT provider Pavelcomm.

Minimum requirements are a 4 year degree in Accounting, and a 2 to 5 year experience in the financial industry in an accounting role. Credit union experience a big plus.

Position is an average of 30 hours per week with a generous full time benefit package that includes a 401k plan, a 457b plan, 100% medical for employee and family, etc. . Schedule is flexible and position has the potential for remote work once the probationary period is over.
