Job Description:

Clarity Credit Union is hiring for a Full Time Call Center Representative. The preferred candidate will assist members and potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs phone calls to the appropriate area.

Responsibilities

  • Provide informed, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates. Articulate clearly and consistently maintain a pleasant tone of voice and speaking speed.
  • Effectively handle multi-line phone system
  • Provide exceptional member service
  • Communicate professionally with all members and colleagues
  • Maintain product and process knowledge
  • Adhere to policy and procedures

Skills

  • Up to six months of similar or related experience
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Must be bondable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour


Education/Experience Required:

  • High school diploma or GED required
