Our Business Services Specialist at Clackamas Federal Credit Union is responsible for providing a variety of clerical duties of moderate complexity for the Business Services department including organizing, maintaining, and auditing department records and files, preparing loan documents, reviewing documents for accuracy, and answering and responding to telephone calls and emails. To be successful in this position requires good time management skills, be resourceful, and have strong organization.

 

Here is a snapshot of what our Business Service Specialist has an opportunity to do daily:

  • Perform filing of documents by scanning into the imaging system and working with paper files.
  • Perform a variety of duties including correspondence, reports, and preparing loan documentation.
  • Funds approved loans and audits documents for accuracy.
  • Completes system updates for business accounts and loans.
  • Requesting new and required documents; communicate with borrowers to request financial documents to ensure quality and compliance with loan documents for business accounts and loan risk reviews.
  • Review and prepare business loan documents and disburses funds, verifying all required documentation is present.
  • Monitor existing loans on system to ensure accuracy of loan balances, rates, margins, and maturities.
  • Ordering appraisals, title reports, flood certifications, and other documents from third party vendors as necessary.
  • Contact borrowers as necessary for missing documents, insurance information, etc.
  • Opens and disperses mail within the department.
  • Monitors and orders department supplies.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service goals, contributing to branch and member growth.

  • Committed to integrity by remaining updated on all credit union procedures and policies and applicable compliance rules and regulations.
  • Interested in learning additional tasks through training and/or knowledge base for career advancement.
  • Using account resources, refer or cross-sell member-focused products and services.
  • Proactively and thoughtfully contribute to branch and member growth
  • Daily operation of basic computer operating systems, word processing tools, email platforms, internet functionality, and Credit Union core systems.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public data and uphold the financial integrity of the Credit Union.
  • Establish and maintain productive and effective working relationships with the Clackamas team.
  • This position requires NMLS registration at the time of employment. Clackamas Federal Credit Union will initiate the NMLS registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org ) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.

  • FULL-TIME – 8:30 AM – 5:30PM Monday thru Friday

 

Pay Range?

  • Based on experience ranging from 20.00 – 25.00 per hour
