Job Description:

CapEd’s Business Development Specialist will be responsible for the development of financial relationships with prospective members and increasing business with members. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, innovative and communicative problem solver with the ability to cultivate strong consumer and business relationships.

Responsibilities also include conducting educational presentations within the community as needed in both English and Spanish, representing CapEd at various functions to develop new business, and providing direction and recommendations regarding business development strategies.

Education/Experience Required:

A two-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience and/or education

Additional Comments:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Fluent Bilingual Spanish Required
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience
  • Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven expertise in building trust, developing partnerships, and accomplishing objectives
