Essential Job Duties:

Responsible for the professional development through effective and honest coaching of the staff. Assures that staff has adequate training so that they may perform their duties to the highest of standards. Manages performance and modifies activities as needed for improvement.

Assures all security measures and procedures are followed throughout daily branch operations, including opening and closing the branch. Determines proper control and individual accountability of cash and cash handling.

Assures member needs are met timely and efficiently either in person or by telephone and handles any escalated member issues. Develop and maintain good public relations with members and potential members.

Maintains knowledge of all products and services that IWCU has to offer

Manages all the day-today, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual operational tasks assigned

Maintains a staff schedule and coordinates time off requests with the staff

Works with our internal auditor and supplies the appropriate information, assists with internal audit functions

Assures employee adherence to internal controls to ensure compliance with credit union goals, objectives, policies, procedures and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements: 2 years in a similar position as a Branch Manager or Service Manager within a Credit Union.

Must be a self-starter that can lead with minimal direction. Decision making skills and the ability to set priorities, organize, handle detail, multi-task, delegate, and supervise others is a must for this position.

You must also have a very high standard of member service
